Terrific study for individual or groups!

This is another Beth Moore study that is very challenging and healing. The study is an exhaustive look at the book of Esther and how tough it is to be a woman, especially in another woman's shadow. One of the interesting points in this study is how women feel about their physical appearance and how that is involved in the book of Esther. I suggest this study for teenage girls and young women who are single, as well as others who have done Beth Moore studies in the past. Very meaty lessons, yet good for even teens to learn about God's perspective of beauty, power, struggles, temptations, and influence of women who walk with God.
If you have not heard of her studies before, Beth Moore's DVD presentations are tailored for women. She is not condescending, but is very candid about her life and struggles, which makes her message so well-received by women of different ages and backgrounds. Though she is very deep about her study of the Bible, and mentions Greek or other texts at times, she teaches so that anyone can understand the lesson.
There are usually 5-6 DVDs and the lessons can be done over 5-12 weeks, depending on group preference. There is daily homework in the corresponding workbook to do between the video sessions.

Great product, great study!

Beth Moore brings the bible to life in a very relevant way! My relationship with God has grown so much using Beth's studies. This is the second video study series I've done, and so far it is equally fascinating and fun! Beth has a great sense of humor and those of us in our women's bible study who have seen Beth before are once again enjoying digging into the Word and also getting real about life. Leader's kit has everything you need to get started, with the DVDs (which include introductory and promotional videos), Leader's guide and a Member book.
